The Emu (IPA pronunciation: [ËiËmjuË]), Dromaius novaehollandiae, is the largest bird native to Australia and the only extant member of the genus Dromaius. It is also the second-largest bird in the world by height, after its ratite relative, the ostrich. The soft-feathered, brown, flightless birds reach up to 2 m (6 ft 7 in) in height. The Emu is common over most of mainland Australia, although it avoids heavily populated areas, dense forest and arid areas. Emus can travel great distances at a fast, economical trot and, if necessary, can sprint at 50 km/h (31 mph) for some distance at a time.[1] They are opportunistically nomadic and may travel long distances to find food; they feed on a variety of plants and insects.

An emu is a large bird from Australia. Very similar to an ostrich, it cannot fly and runs quite fast on it's two long legs. They are not bad tempered if that's what you mean by "evil".

A flightless bird of australia. Very similar to the ostrich. The reason some people believe the are evil is because this bird is a very mean tempered bird.

What is happening with so many people, Are they afraid to just pick up a book. And do some reading on their own.......... This is becoming un-believable on how lazy so many people are............................. Now this is really becoming scary........................... There was a time when almost every home in America had a Bible and a Dictionary in it. Now you would be lucky to find those two items in One out of 17 home today. What has happen did all Americans started taking stupid pills or did all of those lies told to us by our Republican Party leader Just kept us in a constant state of confusions......... It just seems to me that every time a Republican gets into office the American People just seems to forget how to count and read..............
