Took a test this morning and it was negative. Had an HGH shot last month and don't really know anything about it. Could that cause the spotting? Or could it be something else? Has an ultrasound at the dr 11/27 day 13 and he said i wasn't ovulating. I have ovulated at the same time every month. My period is regular. Could it have been the shot that is messing things up?

I don't know much about those shots, but I do know that sometimes you can spot as you ovulate or during inplantation (provided you conceived).
That would contradict wat the doc said about the ultrasound results, though.

yes shots can cause hormonial inbalance
