dealing with irate customers (I'm a C.S.R.) but if they're already pissed what's one more minute while I answer this question gonna hurt Right???

I am supposed to be fixing the text on the cover of a book that needs to be reprinted by friday. Then I am supposed to spell check a magazine and then if all is well I will get it ready to send to press, but right now I don't feel like it so I am on Y! A, because when I do do what I am supposed to it will only take me about 15 mins. and then I be back on Y! A with no screen to jump back to to make it look like I'm working. :P
