Without knowing what the h**l you are talking about, I'd have to say height has very little to do with anything.
Napoleon was 5' 6" and managed to conquer much of Europe.
Hitler was just 5' 8"
Kim Jong Il of south Korea is maybe the scariest dictator in the modern world, with his program to develop and Test nuclear weapons to threaten Japan and the US, and he is 5' 2"...
On the other hand, some of the most revered historical figures were tall...
(Abraham Lincoln, for example, was very tall...) wonder if there is a connection between short stature and evil.
