I don't, but I know a lot of people who do. I wouldn't be embarrassed by it. Aside from the fact that it does hurt, there is the fact that your body is reacting to a foreign object and substance being injected through your skin. You're going to have a physiological response which for some can lead to crying even for less painful injections.

No. I have had so many surgeries in the past 8 years that shots doesn't make me cry at all.

Hey there is no reason to cry! We are all scared sometimes but life is hard and there are worst and more bitter things than that! Besides this will soon pass so don`t worry! Now wipe your tears and give me a nice smile! There you are! ;-))

oh yes honey, sometimes i do .. i'm 48 and going through menopause .. so of course i do. and i'm sorry you're arm hurts .. really i am. and anybody who says they don't cry ... well they just can't not cry sometimes.
