it's something to do with hormone in both sexes........for male it's androgen and for female it's oestrogen...........

you can't be in love for the simple reason that u really don't know each other...but yes there is a definite attraction.......so i suggest go ahead and talk to the other person......if she too feels the same way........u guys can get together.......and start a gr8 relationship.........however if both of u keep quite and just keep looking at each other.......you will never know how each of u feels about the other!!!!!so go ahead have the guts and speak to her......all the best
