can't tell you how to make it thinner except by getting it thinned in the salon, but longer Lanza Be Long Shampoo and conditioner my customers swear by it!! You can find it in salons

hey this a old fashion thing Just wear a pony tail don't worry about anything and a few months you will see how long your hair looks like... Remember the more you worry the less you will see that is getting longer...

i think if its dirty it grows faster and ive also heard jello makes it grow faster ... but im not sure if those things r tru i used to do the jello thing till i got sick of it and i do the no wash thing but im not sure if its working or if its growing at a natural pace =0)

another thing that is very helpfull is braiding your hair before you go to bed every night that helps i ve tried that and i can tell it works
