yes i think people can but the percent of people that can be happy with what they have are a few. its takes a special person to be satisfied and not selfish or greedy.most people want more bigger and better than the neighbors and they cant be truly happy to always want. this is the person i would like to be.

I doubt there has ever been anyone trully one hundred percent (100%) satisfied with their lot.
Some have Love,and not much else but these are some of the happiest people on earth.
I suppose thats why though in most things Ive succeeded yet never trully been happy or content,I did say most things but not the one that more than material,financial,and so on I'd trade it all for Love.
Yet even then it is mankinds nature to want for more we can never be 100%,but we can at least some of us darn close.

Yes it is possible but in this world of materialism we live in it's not likely to happen to many people .
