okay i need to make a style or art in this one project for technology and i know what i want but i dont know what style is like it
i basically just want to draw and color anything like two seals kissing on a beach (for valentine's day and my pictures need to be marine themed) i would draw that and color it with colored pencils using a whole bunch of textures

The colored textures sounds like the impressionism style. If you have to create a new style you can call it techno-impressionism.
