well, it is MAN that defined and created the term "energy". All the things that around us are created by God... and i don think in His vocab has "energy"...

He just created an enviornment for us to survive.

Those "forms" are our own categories. The purpose of creating categories, of drawing distinctions, is to make thinking about things easier. If my problem is chemical, for example how to get the sticky residue from the price tag off the board I just bought at Home Depot, then I won't waste time looking for an electrical solution to it.

And why on earth would you drag God into such a discussion? You might as well be asking why God created so many unscientific thinkers. To ASSUME God did something and then to ask why he did it is a complete waste of time. Tell you what. Get down on a nice (uneven) stone floor and pray to God that he answer all your questions. If you finally get tired of that, go take a course in math and physics.

He didn't.

Firstly, there is no evidence he had anything to do with any aspect of the origins of the universe (and plenty that he did not) nor that he even exists.

And there are, in fact, only two forms of enery: kinetic (energy because something is moving) and potential (energy because something is resisting a force). All other forms categorised are ultimately a combination of these.
