In the US? Probably Not.
In other countries? Most Likely. Some foreign countries have different size bills for each denomination.

My mom exchange into blind and she or he could experience the feel of a invoice to be certain its denomination. We sighted human beings can no longer tell the version or we don't make the hassle to accomplish that, yet you are able to have confidence she in no way gave out extra effective than she had to.

Sure - I just heard a report about this on the radio this morning. The Bureau of Printing and Engraving in the US has been ordered to add features to US currency to allow the blind to tell the difference. It can be done with raised ink, or with braille dots added, or with different size bills. The report said that currently 180 nations do this in one form or another.
Blind people are sometimes taught to fold their bills in different ways so that they can tell them apart in their wallet, too.
