but i can't because everytime i touch the delete button it freezes!

very easy is to open a new account as an admin and delete the previous account :)

If there is only one account on your PC, then you cannot delete it. Also, if you try to delete an account without administrator privileges, you won't be allowed to do that. Log in through the administrator's login and delete whichever account you want to by going to:
Start --> Control Panel -->User Accounts --> select the account to be deleted --> Click on delete account

Go to Control Panel/User Accounts. If you are the Admin, you will be able to delete it here, or at least you should be able to.

make a new account and try to delete the other one from there.

go to control panel and select user account there select the account yo uwant to delete and it will work faster

try renaming the account the try to remove it
