this might sound really mean but if i wasn't related to my family and just met them on the street, we would in no way shape or form be friends.....we are all so different that there is no way we could be friends!!!! and i am not trashing my family, i am positive that they would say the same thing about me!!!!! we only get along because we are family!!!!!!

I think it would have to depend completely on the circumstances in which I met them. There are different events that occur that would cause me to like someone, and others in which I wouldn't. It would also have to depend on how they treat you. As family, you love them either way for the most part, so if they treated me poorly when I met them, I probably would not like them. But you never would be 100% on whether or not you would like them, unless it happened.

well some of them I get along with better than others of course. but if we weren't related I doubt I would have ever hung out with them to get to know them in the first place. Some of them have totally different beliefs and ideologies. And if I wouldn't have been related forced to interact with them I wouldn't have got to know them in the first place. And would have just noticed differences not the many many similarities.

Sorry to say it but I don't really love my family, actually its just my mom, and it happened at least 2 weeks ago, and since then i have really hated my mom. And don't give me that "She gave birth to you" You see my mom recently told me that she is racist against black people and she thinks that white people are better than black people, and she keeps asking me why i like them so much. When she said that i told her she was dead to me. And don't get mad at me because she is the one that is racist, not me, just think if you found out that your mother was racist, how would you feel? I am in fact dating a black woman, and i don't judge on race.
To answer your question, if i were to see my mother on the street and she wasn't really my mother, you damn right i'd call her a racist b*tch.

Not at all. My brother is my best friend and he would be the only one that I would ever think about liking. My mom plays the victim, while my sister plays the spoiled rich brat. So, no, I do not think personally that I would every like anyone in my family except for my brother.

This really, really makes me think! And probably not, sad to say. I might not even notice some of them because we have so little in common! Some I would go out of my way to avoid. Others I probably would be friends with.

Some I would and some I wouldn't.
Just because their your family and you love them doesn't mean that you have to like them. I've always loved my younger brother, but I definitely haven't always liked him. Just like I love my cousins, but we have absolutely nothing in common, so we don't necessarily like each other.
