Try wearing a tank top underneath any blouse to absorb moisture. If it's your armpits that sweat, you'll have to wear pads or blouses of a dark color, preferably cotton (absorption) or synthetic blends(which wicks away moisture and dries quickly, also easy to wash). Avoid silk.

I know this feeling...I have hyperhidrosis too and i had to wear darks, tank tops, and cottons because it hides it, or thick material, such as sweaters, because it absorbs it, i wouldn't suggest any whites or light colors because they tend to turn yellow/brownish colors. I also wouldn't suggest things that have two colors, for example a white shirt with a red trim, the red or whatever color tends to run into the white due to the sweat. But an alternative would be to see a doc about this, its a very common problem. I actually just went to the doc and got prescribed a med, Glycopyrrolate which is a generic version of Robinul, this med is awesome, it works within 30 mins, and it really stops the sweating.... go to www.handsdry.com thats a great website for a doc in Houston, he invented the surgery that stops the sweating totally, but check the site out its very informative! any more questions you can email me... kristen_0610@yahoo.com... Hope this was some help

Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) can be a real problem.

You could wear a sleeveless blouse and dry off a lot.

You might try using "dress shields" -- underarm pads designed to protect your clothes from excess moisture.

You could get a blouse made of that fabric that whicks moisture away from the body like Coolmax or Underarmor. (You'd still need a towel.)

You might also want to see a doctor. There are medical procedures which might be helpful.

Something cotton. Avoid synthetics that don't breath, like rayon. Wool is a good fabric but, hot and itchy for a blouse.
