My idea of life is equivalent to my watching a movie . sometimes I seem to be watching a Charlie chaplin or a Laurel & Hardy. At times I watch a thriller. But , many , many times I seem to be watching a sad , melodramatic movie. So long as i am in the theater I am with it . But never for a moment should I forget that it is ,afterall, a Make Believe movie

If I can be onlya witness to things going on around me , I feel, my life will be happier..

According to Shakespeare:
"Life's but a walking shadow,a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage'
And then is heard no more;it is a tale,
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing"

Arthur Ashe says:"From whart we get,we can make a living;what we give,however,makes a life"

I feel that life is full of opportunities for which we are never prepared and as Whitney Young once said "It is better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one than to have an opportunity and not be prepared"

Personally,Ithink that life shrinks and expands in proportion to one courage to make change.I saw written somewhere that life is unchartered territory;it reveals its story one moment at a time.
Also,a sincere, balanced and kind attitude towards ourselves as well as others is the key to happiness in life's all avenues.

Samuel Butler:"Life is like playing a violin in public and learning the instrument as one goes on"

Carl Sandburg:"Life is like an onion;you peel it off 1 layer at a time, and sometimes you weep"

To top it all I agree with H.W.Longfelloow when he says:
"Life is real! Life is earnest!
And the grave is not its goal!"

So, you're asking what my idea about life is? Or what do I do when life gets me down? My idea of life is to live it, the best you can. When life gets me down, I thank my lucky stars I'm not homeless!
