omg I can't believe I'm about to tell you this.. USE IN MODERATION PLEASE I would hate to think my advice got someone hurt or killed. I used to use diet pills because they contain caffeine but you don't have to sit and drink coffee or anything. Each dose (usually 2 pills) contain about the same amount of caffeine as 1 cup of coffee. PLEASE DON'T BE STUPID and eat like 5 doses.

A cup of coffee (lots of sugar). 1 redbull, and 2 hershey chocolates (no nuts).. and a beer!!!! J/k!!!! NO BEER!!!!!!!(until you are 21)
