I was a fan of the Simms to McConkey combo....with Bavaro as a nice little second option....since the bills werent in the first tecmo bowl i had to roll with the g-men.

I had to leave Bo out, because every one would pick him, including me...this way we will have variety!

Well I would say Randall Cunningham. Man the Eagles were great that year. Yeah a Steelers fan and had to pick another team because it was just that bad that year. Eagles had it though. Cunningham as QB. Had Reggie White on D. Can't think of the recievers at the moment but I know they had some decent recievers.

Lol. You took out Bo! I think my second favorite was the SF 49'ers because of Rice and Montana.

Good question!

I loved Kevin Mack and the two secondary guys for the Browns. Those two guys, whose names escape me, would intercept anything and everything that came their way.

I was also a big fan of the screen pass to Payton and then of course the sideline to sideline zig zag to avoid defenders. What a great series that was on the good ole NES.

I may be one of the few here, but if you ever played with the Chiefs, the running back Christian Okoye! That guy would break through the hole and just knock people out of the way.

That game was my favorite game for a long time, how cheesy is it now?

Awesome question thanks for taking me back! I forgot about it until now!
