lord of the rings-the fellowship....in the scene where sam says"if i take one more step it will the be the futherest i've been from the shire.....there's a truck driving along the dirt road in the background.

In the movie Twister when they are in the red truck on the dirt road and one twister turns into two and she's yelling at him to get out of the a car goes by in the back round on a paved road.

I agree the stormtrooper hitting his head in a very obvious one, also after his fight with Kenobi as the blast doors are closing Darth Vader's lightsaber doesn't have its red color, but the tube they used is visible. (I still haven't heard the Carrie)
James the movie you are thinking of is 3 Men and a Baby and the actress is Celeste Holm.

It's gotta be in Star Wars, where the storm trooper actually hits his head. It's so obvious that George Lucas added in 'ow' or something like that when he re-released it.

i am never good at it either but they say pretty woman has plenty like the most in any movie so watch close like different clothes in the same scene i just look at richard gere and forget any goofs ............uh o
