Miscarried, period came exactly 4 weeks after, was due period Saturday, so 4 days late, could the miscarraige have messed up my 2nd cycle after miscarraige or could i be pregnancy again. Not taking test till Friday my last one hcg didnt show up till i was a week late.

I am in the same position right now. I just had a miscarriage and I'm waiting for second period. My sister-in-law has had 4 miscarriages and from what she says, it doesn't mess up your cycle. You may very well be pregnant. The home tests don't come out positive for me until I'm a week late too. Even first response didn't come positive until I was a week late. Good luck.

First of all I am so sorry for your loss. I have had two miscarriages in the last year and my return to fertility was different after each one.
The both times I bled for two weeks after the iscarriage, then had two weeks of no bleeding then my period came. After the first miscarriage I was immediately fertile and got pregnant after the first period. After the second one however, although my periods started coming fairly regularly, I didn't start ovulating for a couple of months.
If you are pregnant then my advice would be to reat as much as possible and to see a doctor and a midwife straight away.

I'm so sorry about your loss. I'm on my first cycle after a miscarriage, too--I chart and yes, my cycle has been super wacky! My cervical mucus signs of fertility ended about 5 days before I ovulated according to my bbt. However, I have heard that women tend to be "super fertile" in the first cycle after a miscarriage.
You don't have to wait until Friday--you can always get a quantitative blood test done and know your exact level--so you could be sure one way or another whether or not you are pregnant.

With me I had a M/C at 7w3d and then while waiting on my period I took another test and was preggo again!
Thats what happened to me but I do know that they can screw up your cycles for a while!

I had a miscarrage in December and my cycle is back to normal. I would say maybe you need to go to planned parenthood or family planning, they offer free services as well as pregnancy tests.

My cycle was all over the place, my doc said it can take upto a year or longer to get back into a normal rhythm
