I already downloaded it from the Symantec website and created a desktop icon but didn't run it yet. I already successfully downloaded and ran the Internet Security 2007 upgrade from the Symantec website. This one had no message saying, "Publisher unverified". I already paid for both of them online but installed only one of them, so far. Thanks for your help!

This is a security measure offered by Microsoft. If you know the source from whom you received the download and the publisher then it is your choice.

When I don't really know the webpage or the source, I will not install any program that does not have a valid publishers name or verisign saying the program current in date.

You are secure as long as you know where the download came from and you trust Norton. (I usually write big name software companies and tell them their verisign is out of date or they don't have their publishers name). They never reply back.

Yes, anything from Symantec (Norton) is fine. All of the major brands may come up with that message in Windows but just cllick OK and go on with other things.
