What do you think about, say, oh I don't know, it's just an idea, but.. if a country had no currency whatsoever? And if, say, trading for goods was banned or something? So there'd be no possible way for anyone to be able to use like salt or something as currency instead of money? Do you believe it'd be possible? Just a thought.

I suppose, but it would soon become evident that using money is a reasonable method of exchange. It is easier to use, carry and keep track of.
Consider being a farrier (horse shoer) and wanting to pay your electric bill, but no one at PGE has horses that need shoes. I guess you go without electric until someone needs your services. Or you trade shoes with a house painter and then trade the house painting to someone at PGE. But then you have to figure out how to split that among the big wigs, stockholders, secretaries and linemen. You also need to be able to decide what value is assigned to all goods and services to be traded.
It is much easier to do it all in dollars.

In such a country, there would have to be some sort of medium of exchange. So, if money (or a substitute - e.g. beads, clam shells) and trading for goods were banned, then I suppose people would have to work out a way to exchange services. I'd get food from a farmer in return for teaching his children.
Trading for services would be, I'd say, allowed under your conditions - which mentioned only trading for goods.

What about bartering. Let's say trading a bar of soap for a bag of beans. Trading labor also, you plant and I will take care of your cows. You drive on Tuesday and I will on Wednesday. The list goes on and on. It will definitely make people more sociable and helpful.

In such a country, each individual would have to have all of the necessities of life, such as food, clothing and shelter. Each individual would have to do all the work to provide all these things for him/herself.

When you have to work that hard, there is no time for music, art, culture, science, etc.

Sounds like hell.
