I'm feeling rather unstable and down. I've heard that reading a good self-help book can help you put some aspects of life into perspective.

The Four Agreements. Wisdom book. By, Don Miguel Ruiz.

This beautiful book consists of 7, chapters. It is the bible for knowing one'self, and on how to bring about inner peace. Just changing how "we" can sometimes treat ourselves badly. It is great. You can read the book in one day, it is a simple book, with a VERY important message. I wish you luck darling. I know how it feels like that. Things will work out good, you just have to start to believe.

When I was feeling like this I bought 'In the Meantime' by Iyanla Van Zant. She leads you though excercises to make you like yourself and let go of past hurts. Its not an easy journey, but then neither was the one that you got you to where you are now.
