I like lipgloss the best. I hate how lipstick looks on the rim of drinking glasses. Also I always seem to have it on my teeth. It's gross! Lip gloss just gives a nice shine and no mater which ones I have used, none have made my lips feel dry and clumpy. You can get some with tints in it as well for an added touch.

Lipgloss, in fact, I'm an addict. Lip gloss is more natural, light, and just feels better on my lips. Lipstick tends to look to matte and dry, my lips don't feel nourished. Plus, lipstick stains my lips and always gets on my teeth. If you really want color, there are many tinted lip glosses to choose from. If that's still not enough color, use them both!

lipstick is very 80's and 90's now. lipgloss come in numerous shades and textures plus its more accesible than lipstick. with lipstick, you need a mirror to apply to make sure you dont get it everywhere, lipgloss, that wonderful little brush just swips right on. its looks younger and fresher as well

Lipgloss...lipstick can be all messy and stuff and you get tired of that color after a while. Lipgloss is wet and smooth on your lips and makes them very nice and shiny.

Lipstick....I love matte finishes that don't feather and leave impressions on anywhere, and some finishes that have a smooth creamy feel on your lips (in the right shades) for evening wear. I don't like glossy finishes. I'm totally turned off by the shine and the ones that have glitter put me off entirely. So I definitely am not a lipgloss person. :-)
For matte and cream finishes: L'oreal is great!

Actually it should depend on what you are wearing and the occasion. Lipstick gives a more formal look. And anyway, these days the difference is getting narrower. There are some wonderful sheer lipsticks out there, they feel so nice and light. I personally like those. They are not overtly glossy, but brightens up your face just right.

I like tinted lip gloss the best. I've tried the lipsticks that are suppose to last all day, like the Infinity Lipstick, but the lipstick is just really funky once it dries.

Lipstick that isn't heavy on the lips and that moisturizes.
Lipgloss that is not sticky.
Both are great together if the shades compliment each other. I pick lipgloss though.

Lipgloss because it is shiny and easy to remove. Lipstick stains my lips.

Why not both. Put on your lipstick and then put the lipgloss over it. Perfect combo!
