H5N1 is viral... antibiotics won't do much to the flu virus. However, the treatment of H5N1 exposed patients will likely involve antibiotics to profolactically ward off secondary infections which could be bacterial.

H5N1 is a virus, and is not even remotely related to bacteria, let alone antibiotics. Do your own research from here. The World Health Organization and the internet have plenty of info.
