If that is true then they didn't do a very good job.....so many people of all races live with HIV today...maybe the "human" should go back to the drawing board and create something like, I don't know, agent orange, that kills much more efficiently, quickly, and with more certainty.

HIV does not appear to be manmade.
If people were to make a virus, they'd probably build it from smallpox, and HIV is not built from smallpox.

Yea, I have heard this. That the white man made HIV to send it to Africa to kill all the balck people. Who knows if this is true....no one can say were it came from...all we know is that it's here and it doesn't care wether you are black, white, hispanic, green, yellow, blue...it will kill you. Human made? Really? I believe that it was brought about as a consequence of the sexual immorality of man in this day and age, but I don't think some mad scientist in a lab invented it and turned it loose. I think it is God's judgement, just like all v.d.
