No, I have not heard of such a word, though after checking on the net I got it. check it out

I can't find "pridelessness" anywhere. I would just say "one without pride"

I just said "absolutely not!" but it turns out I was wrong. I found it in Merriam Webster's unabridged dictionary. It is not a word used in ordinary discourse.
