lol, very cute question. But yes, I do. But only when you try to pass them and they speed up, just like cars on the road. Then you gotta race them for sure. And it gets really awkward because you both know you're racing but are trying to pretend like you don't notice, even though there's no way you couldn't notice because you're both moving faster than anyone else on the sidewalk. People downtown are very competetive.

Yes when walking sometimes and driving all the time.
In a hurry these People are especially when they know that being in a hurry will only delay them .because they got there quicker for no reason.but to be arrogant.
Like speeding up to the light only to be sitting for the red light.

Lol. I just did that this morning.
I was already speed walking and I happened to pass him. Then, he ran a few feet ahead.. then I came back and passed him. It gave me a mini-workout.
