what are the strengths and weaknesses for target?

For Target the store? We'll where I live Walmart and Target are next door to each other. I see that as a strength because they are close to eachother you are not shopping to the one closest to your home, you are shopping at the one you rather go too. I hate going into Walmart, for me I would drive that extra mile to go to Target....

I personally prefer the clothes at Wal Mart over Target (especially for kids) because they don't fall apart near as fast. Targets clothes are trendier, but seem to come apart at the seams much quicker.
