I am an installer and I use lacquer thinner all the time. It will take off sharpies and paint without hurting the flooring. It has always worked for me and will for you too. Just pour some on a rag or paper towels and wipe it off. It really is that easy.

Guessing that's emulsion which you have used on the ceiling and that's water based. in case you're uncertain as to if a paint is water or spirit based, look on the instructions for cleansing the brushes. Water based paint says wash brushes in soapy water, spirit based needs white spirit or turps. in the adventure that your paint is water based, my instinct may be to get a microfibre cleansing fabric, hose down with heat water, and rub gently until it dissapears. Then use your universal end as according to your laminate manufacture recommendatiion. yet while spirit based that's greater of a difficulty. Use White spirit to get rid of, you will possibly be able to nicely be left with a different mark that could desire sanding down and the completed floor retreated with wax or varnish, in spite of end you have completed your laminate with. and how lots sanding your laminate will stand relies upon upon its unique thickness and high quality. in spite of you pick to do, try it in an unseen nook of the room in case you could. sturdy luck.

Must be a lot of paint. Don't use steel scrapers, they will scratch, although wood would work well. Also, anything too chemically aggressive may affect the top surface of the laminate. What you are doing may be hard work, but it seems the safest to me.

try putting enough orange cleaner on the spot of paint and let it set for a few minutes and then wipe up. the orange cleaner will soften the paint and it will come up easy.

Try one of those new Erasers by Mr. Clean. Those things clean EVERYTHING, don't scratch, don't stain. They did great on my wall when my friend's son decided to draw a picture with crayon! lol
