human rites can only be achieved within the jurisdiction of, or in context to the specific problem.... the real question is do we really have these rites, or are they only for the politicians to wave in front of us, to remind us of how allegedly free and able to choose we are, as the strip another away... ie cctv in shops and on our streets, for our good or for commercial and political benefit and expedience...

we have the rite to walk our streets freely and safely... do we have the proper levels of policing when the closest police officer is watching the dam camera... no use if your mobile, or your hand bag has just been stolen... but at least its on camera... pity the camera cant jump in to save you... eh?

never had a reason to be involved but i don't like it as it seems to be interpreted for all different situations in a different manner
