Ooohhh . . . Now I see what you're saying! I thought you were asking if I'd ever gotten to where I didn't turn it on for a day or two, like kicking a habit. No, I've never literally kicked it because I was afraid my pinky little toe would ache.

Yes, maybe not in the way you are suggesting though. We have a few units that are in the middle of being fixed or the teenager is "playing" with. Go in his room and you will trip over some part or another, other unites are in the office area lol!
Yes it hurts!!
I've threatened computer with being thrown out the window.....

yes, ive kicked one of my old computers...got a new one now...it was on its last breath, so i kicked it, punched it and threw it down the stairs......now since on the subject let me tell you what my brother did to his three thousand dollar computer....he only had it about a year....and he picked up some spyware called spysheriff
we ran scans on it and after about two weeks we had thought we had gotten rid of all the spyware and viruses...we they came back.
so we bought a new harddrive and replaced it thinking that way he could start over fresh......it worked fine for about two weeks and boom the crap came back again....so he yanked it all off the desk disconnected it from all the cables and took it out in his driveway and ran over it repeately with his truck....then went and bout a new one....crazy...i tried to talk him into letting me have it so i could play around because i thought with enough time i could have gotten rid of the bugs for good, but he wouldnt have it that way

Yeah, but it never fixed it. However, when I would punch it a few times, it stopped humming. Same with the monitor too. Almost broke my fist through it but it started working again. ^_^
