The main change is loss of hymen... you may or may not bleed. I didn't bleed, and some women don't have a hymen any more by the time they have sex. The hymen can be broken if you rode your bike a lot as a child, and also if you had any trauma to that area.
You won't get fat, and you won't drop IQ levels just for having sex!... you HAVE TO BE CAREFUL THOUGH!! Make sure you use protection, the more the better!!!! USE CONDOMS EACH TIME, and its also good to have your own form of birth control, like the pill! Being stupid about protection will bring your IQ down! This is your responsibility! As much as us women would like to think the men have just as much responsibility when it comes to these things, they don't see it that way!
Always follow your heart too, don't give in to having sex when you don't feel ready. Always make sure that this is something you want to do. Educate yourself about sex, and remember, if you aren't ready for the consequences, you aren't ready for sex! If you are too embarrassed to buy condoms, then you shouldn't be having sex!!!
Hope this helps you! Good luck with it all, be careful, and have fun!! Sex is fun when you know you are careful and can trust the guy you are with!! If its not fun, don't do it!! (yet!)

the Hymen (a thin piece of skin) that separates the urinary opening from the vagina is broken. That's about the only physical difference. However, I have seen girls with severe emotional changes from one end of the spectrum to the other. Contemplating suicide to loving it so much they became promiscuous and developed other physical symptoms that go along with unprotected sex.
The biggest change ever though is the girls knowledge level. It immediately drops about 75 IQ points for doing something so stupid at such a young age. If you think you love somebody-marry them, then consummate it. If marriage is not an option there are other ways to show your "love"

I really don't think that there is any type of physical changes to be honest with you. You may have some light spotting of blood after ward for a bit but physically not much .Just be careful to make sure that your using protection against any kind of STD's and pregnancy.

The changes of course will be :1. your hymen is no longer in yours; 2. you can observe your bottom is flatting out; 3. you don't usually blush when teased by men; and4. you go with erotic jokes. These reasons are based when you lose virginity with man.

She starts to grow horns on her head and becomes a horny little devil ;-)
Apart from this, no other bodily changes... unless she gets pregnant
