I don't think anyone can truly answer this question but it sounds like someone copped an attitude and started talking sh*t. I've heard this term before from my step daughter who makes great grades and it was related to a teacher that didn't take enough time and teach what he expected and the class to know. It was said that he was a crap teacher for not explaining enough information to the class thus, over half the class failing the exam. Hope this sheds some light.

A crap teacher is essentialliy a teacher who doesn't plan well, thus creating ongoing discipline problems in the classroom. Furthermore, a crap teacher is one who is not consistent and does not treat all students equally. In addition a crap teacher is one who does believe that the point of view of his/ her students is important. Finally, a crap teacher is one who does not evaluate what they have done in a lesson, and how they have done it, in turn modifying it the next time the teach the same topic/ skill.
