Fast coloureds are those whose colours will not run in the wash. Non-fast means the colours might or will run and your wash will be ruined.
Biological powder uses enzymes to remove dirt and stains. Non-bio doesn't have the same enzymes.
Kinder to your skin, but your clothes won't look as clean ...

The difference is that with fast clothes the colours will not run but with non-fast clothes there is a danger that the dye will come out possible ruining other washing. The biological powder is stronger and has more chemicals.

Biological powder is for very dirty clothes
Non fast colours are things that the colour may run so its best to put them all in together fast colours are safe to wash with each other and whites are things that are white or light in colour

Fast means the colors won't run. Non-fast means the colors will run. The best detergent to use is Tide. If you have a front loader you use Tide HE. These are enviromental terms. Biological means it won't hurt earth. Non-biological has stronger ingredients in it and can possible hurt earth. I wouldn't worry about it. Just use Tide. You'll love it. Here's another suggestion for use for laundry. Don't use fabric softners (sheets or liquids). They place a coating on the clothes which tranfers to your skin and causes itching, rashes and dry skin.

Colour fast clothes keep their colour when you wash them.
Fast clothes are another matter and might be something like leopard skin pants ;-)
Rod Stewart would know about those.
Biological powder uses enzymes which are stain digesters. Use for very mucky clothes. Non-Bio is good enough for everything else and kinder to environment, skin & clothes. I use Fairy. Good luck with your quest.

Non-fast clothes need to be washed in cold water to prevent the colors from running. Color fast clothes can be washed in warm or hot water ... but I always wash them by themselves the first time to prevent any bleeding onto other items in the wash.

Fast means colors won't bleed into the water and make your white socks pink, etc.
Does is say biological or biodegradeable. Biodegradeable means it will eventually degrade into nothing.
Biological has to do with biology.

This refers back to the state of the dye in the textile. rapid shades can commonly be washed at an more advantageous temperature and non rapid clours could continually be washed on my own or with like shades. that's safer to bathe dark shades one by one,

Fast clothes finish in less time than non-fast clothes! Not so much fun to watch as horses, though...
