The good brokerages offer that service--for a price. If yours doesn't, check around, many do--for a price. If you are wanting it for free then look over the shoulder of a friend who subscribes for the current streaming data.

There are a few out there. CQG is good but expensive. Futuresource ( a division of ESignal) is cheaper but can get a little funky at time with its data.
