i'm in my late 20's already and i'm so curious with my belly fats...i had a hard time in finding a suitable suits. I would like to ask for ur help what are the possible exercises and clothes i can wear so that i can be good- looking since my friends would confront me that they had a hard time in finding me suitable suites for me.

cycling and crunches are the best exercises & walking too.
u also get those long under wears which cover up the belly.its really amazing they cover the belly as if it wasnt there. try those!

I'm also in my late 20's and I recently just lost 70 lbs and most of it was the dreaded belly and thunder thigh fat. I used strength training. I strengthened my ab muscles, the lateral muscles that run down the side of your stomach to your hips and I used interval cardio training to get rid of access fat. As far as clothes to wear, layer it. Wear a tight top under another top and the tight one will smooth out everything and the second top won't cling to you as much. OK exercises for you middle body that is your belly...and wear like a belt around your weist most of the time and of course most of the time...The fats will go any part of you body and not to your weist Good luck this is a old fashion doing it...

i m doing the same to reduce it and belive me it works magic

i lost 2kgs in 20 days by doing this regurally

buy dance videos, and learn the moves that is a fun way to lose weight
