I read a book by sebastian faulkes called human traces a novel about the start of psychiatry. the original pioneers thought that there was something in the process of humanising and getting enlarged brains that meant some of us were paying heavily for the self awareness- I think the fear of fear has no function, and their explanation the most logical I have heard just an evolutionary blip like dodo's. when you consider that 1 in 4 of us at any one time has a mental health problem - not being able to cope with our own minds -then we would seem rather a mistake

Fear is a cognitive feeling of human beings (and of course any living objects, a research states). As per a Freudian theory, the emotion fear develops in fallacy stage. Its further developed due to the the sensations in the sensory ans perceptual systems. The feelings further motivated by the perception and later develops a reproach towards that particular being, object or cognition, this duly develops and becomes fear. Every person fears!!! And this is the fact. But some try to hide their fear by acting or hiding their feelings. But fear may not be for the same object, sensing, being or cognition, it defers to person to person.
Further, this cognition develops negative characteristics in person, such as anger, aggression, reproval, and many other emotions. In some stages, this causes the person's complete withdrawal from life as well, sometimes leading them to suicide even.
There are many fears found as sicknesses affixed ....phobias, and many of them are curable by psychological medications, while few others are incurable...
But the world needs, powerful, fearless guys and gals like you and me...

I have doubts about a lot of things, but I don't dwell on them to the point of fear.
If I can & need to do some thing about my doublts I do some thing.
If I can't or it is beyound me doing some thing I just don't dwell on it.
If one puts their mind to it you could come up with a lot of situations that would cause one to be filled with fear.
I strongly feel that one dosn't have to be frozen with fear, if fact if you remain as calm as you can the chances of finding a way out of your dilema is better.
At a time like this you need to use all you have at your disposal to get by the problem. If you are frozen by your fears they more than likely will come true.

Fear syndrome starts at the age of 5...just before that from 6 months to 4.9 age you were guided by your parents and school...but you know actual fear syndrome is derived from others....yes when other spell, express their experiences are always influence the child when he/she is in dilemma of choice....to accept whose version... The child develops a parameter for choice of fear....according to that fear factor changes ...person to person.
Dear friend ...just stand before the life size mirror and watch for sometime......at the beginning you will love your own image...when you go on looking into your own image....you started feeling fear of seeing your own image because others' views on human personality crosses your brain and pollutes....then you become victim for fear......this just a sample.
Another version of fear is a kind of insecurity and lack of confidence within......try to come out you will be a hero.
