That every school day must begin with a christian prayer. Its a throw back to a more conservative era, but this law has just never been, repealed, so its still technically in effect.

Cycling on the pavement, bicycle's can kill, are some people too stupid to be aware of this, you don't have to be going very fast to rupture someones spleen, or knock some pour old dear down, that fall could kill, stop and think.

I would say probably the use of mobile phones while driving.
I constantly see people talking on their mobiles while driving - or attempting to drive - with no regard at all for other road users.
