Yes he is very much required. He knows how to play cricket not only on the field but also off the field i.e. mind game. Actually we are not interested in TEAM INDIA's success. We love to watch our star cricketers perform well no matter if team wins or not. That's the reason even after winning a series Sourav was removed from captaincy. After that India played most of their matches either on home soil or in Asian subcontinent and they performed well as ever so none remembered Sourabh. Actually in Indian condition team India doesn't need any coach or captain. They will perform well in India its proven truth. Who is Chappel ? He is the same notorious skipper who killed cricket by instructing his brother to bowl underarm to avoid a defeat. Actually we don't need Chappel or Sourabh or any individual. We need to have firm policy on selection.

Dravid is silly. He plays real slowly in an ODI. If his scored is continued for 50 Overs, he will score around 200 runs. He is playing Half TEST and Half ODI in an ODI match. I am calling it Half TEST because in a test match, he would just score about 100-150 runs in 50 overs.
Whereas Sourav, he attempts to attack every slow delivery. That means around five-six runs every over. So, Ganguly is a better ODI player than Dravid, because of his style of batting.
According to captaincy, Dravid is real wishy-washy. He does not make orders to his teammates as a good captain would do. Ganguly behaves like a proper and good captain, that is why he is very a successful captain.

DEFINITELY. YES HE IS.
BUT THERE ARE FEW MORE PROBLEMS FOR INDIAN TO WIN MATCHES.
What?
PRESENT LOT be REMOVED. S/SHRI
BCCI-PAWAR
SELECTOR-VENSARKAR
COACH-CHEPPAL
CAPTAIN-DRAVID, SEWAG
THE WHOLE TEAM.
A fresh selection is made after deciding criteria for selection for each post. For example DRAVID WILL MAKE 10 - 63 RUNS IN 108 BALLS, It is equivalent to 30 - 160 runs in 50 overs. Such negative play to be retained in the team can make individual statistics good, BUT INDIA CAN NEVER WIN.
SUNIL G. also did same thing.
They are good for test but not for ODI.
In the selection criteria shall ensure that these negative factors are taken in account.
SECONDLY,
If team does not win,
change 2 b,man, 2 blrs, 1 all rndr, 1 wickt kpr ( if did not do well).
If team does not win series,
REMOVE
BCCI-PAWAR,
SELECTOR-VENSKR
COACH-CEPAL
CAPTAIN-DRVD, SWG
THE WHOLE TEAM
Make again a fresh selection.
INDIA IS FULL WITH TALENT BUT POLITICS AND REGIONALISM HAS MADE IT A ROT.
Pl come out of POLITICS and REGIONALISM.
Give chance to the BEST CAPABLE, RESPONSIBLE INDIAN.
I AM SURE INDIA WILL WIN AGAINST ANY TEAM IN THE WORLD.
Is it ok?
SURELY.

continually welcome the descission of sourav ganguly hire as a coach of indian cricket team. He has the potential to do extra effective. If he says i do it than he instruct himself to do extra effective and for that he noted as 'WARRIOR PRINCE'. And Ganguly is the terrific of decision of indian cricket team coach. no you may nevertheless extra effective than Ganguly. Ganguly got here out contained for the time of india's undesirable time. Ponting stated interior the international cup 2003, 'we gained the tournament for team overall performance, and india gained the tournament for ganguly's captainship'.

yes, if not for batting or bowling or fileding , at least for his killer insticnt and instilling a feeling of pride in the TEAM INDIA.
he is the first Indian captain to instill self confidence with courge to look in the ye of the opponent. Rahul Dravid is too gentleman to look into the eye of the opponent and give a fitting reply.
