Have a refreshing shower, I always like to turn off the hot water and leave the cold water running it wakes me up more and it is good for your skin and the folicles on your scalp ( hair growth)

Wash, Tone and moisturise - If you have an eyepack which you refrigerate and then leave on your eyes this is great to reduce puffiness. Put your foundation or moisturiser in the fridge whilst your in the shower and then apply it , It will soothe tired skin ( Always works for me). I apply white eyeliner to the rims of my eyes to make them look healthier and i apply eyedrops every morning to stop my eyes feeling strained and gritty * you can buy drops for red eyes which are great if you don't sleep enough and your eyes get red *. Then i apply a slick of clear lipblam, mascara and a hint of bronzer and i always feel and i think i look better after a long sleepless night :)

splash your face with cold water and when dry, moisturise and use a dab maybelline dream matte mousse illuminator on your face. it adds a little shimmer (not an overpowering ammount) to the face and makes you look awake and gorgeous, use a little more around the eyes. hope this helps you
