what will you answer when inteviewee ask you tell me more about yourself?

if the interviewer asked me they would be seeing if my intrests are an asset to the job ,ie contacts and compatible with my work ,they want to know if your intrests ,include social obligations or priiorities that could interfere with my job

if i was an intervieuwer and the interviewee asked me to tell them more about me i would tell them the intervieuw is over ,cause it not thiers to want to know ,im just there to see if they will fit the position not explain me to them.
it certainly wouldnt help them get the job

I lost a job during the interview because of that question! He wanted to know where I grew up, some of my interests, and why I wanted the job.
