I am also 10 weeks pregnant :) due on June 29th! Just this week I have been feeling more cramping then ever in my pregnancy but no spotting as long as the spotting is not bright red, the doctor said that should be just fine, but if the cramping is unbearable then there might be a problem and you should see a doctor alot of girl get bad cramping during the first trimester and it will lessen as your pregnancy goes on, I felt some rubbing and they said I could be experiencing the baby moving early, could it be that, but if the pressure worsens you should see a doctor don't wait! I hope everything goes good :D if you want to email me we could be pregnant buddies :D sugarcrispmac Good Luck!

the indications you've defined are in many situations conventional in spite of the indisputable fact that the quantity of your swelling has be a touch worried. i'm 39 weeks and that i have had swelling in my ankles and ft and regularly in my palms in spite of the indisputable fact that it's not consistent and is going away after putting my ft up (if i have been status all day) or going for a stroll (if I actually were motionless for plenty of the day). Swimming could also help eliminate the further fluid it rather is causing the swelling yet get professional suggestion earlier going swimming at your degree of being pregnant. the pointy pains down there take position now and back and so does the unexpected urge to pee. i imagine you'll proper contact your healthcare professional as all of those indications mixed ought to signal a issue yet attempt now to not stress until eventually you've been checked over with the help of a healthcare professional.

spotting? CALL YOUR DOCTOR NOW. any spotting needs to be reported.
yes, i had a GREAT deal of pressure that started around 10 weeks of pregnancy. i was so worried about having an incompetent cervix... but it turns out my baby boy is just REALLY low and pressing his head against my cervix... which is nothing to worry about at this point. i NEVER had any spotting though!

Firstly congratulations! I had this with my 2nd pregnancy, my doc told me it was just all my insides shifting about as my womb expanded! anyway go and have a chat with your doc to put your mind at ease and keep an eye on the spotting, 9 times out of 10 it's nothing to worry about. Good luck

I've never had this when I was pregnant. I didn't feel pressure till I was ready to have the baby. Call your doctor and they can tell you if it's something to worry about or not.

I got my period until the 5th month of my pregnancy; however, since you absolutely KNOW you are pregnant, a check with your OB/GYN certainly is in order.
