I used to do caretaking work for an apartment complex, on 24-hour turn overs, we used a product called CLR. CLR takes hard water and soap scum off shower doors, bathtubs, tile, like a champ. Check the link for this product. Also when you use it, spray it on the area that needs to be cleaned, then let it sit for 30 minutes, spray again, and wipe the area down with an aggresive sponge (sponge with a cleaning pad on one side, the best are made by 3M) Be sure to use rubber gloves when using CLR. Hope this helps, take care and happy cleaning...:)

Mix a product called Lemi-Shine (about 1/2 cup) and 1 cup vinegar and 1-2 cups water in a spray bottle. This stuff works miracles. I buy Lemi-shine at Walmart for about $3 and it lasts about 6 months. It is actually a product made for your dishwasher to make glasses sparkle.
