their culture are more on spanish, than asians...

Of course they're Asian. To say they're more Spanish is like saying the Indians are more British.

They do have a mixed and rich culture yes, but geographically and ethnically they are Asian.

They are considered Asian; however, you can also categorize tham as Pacific Islanders.
