Seconds after reading your question, I popped in to my matter redistribution centre (commonly known as a transporter) and headed off to the North Pole - can you believe they really DO have a red and white striped barber's pole up there?
Anyhoo, I found old Nick and readily punched him in the face repeatedly. While he DID put me on his "naughty" list, he didn't respond with violence. That's what the Amish do, right?
On the other hand, he was wearing big shiny buttons (a sign of vanity for the Amish), so the answer is I haven't got a clue.
