I have 6 24 cent stamps and 4 75cent stamps

Post cards cost 75c in postage. (Letters up to one ounce are 84c.) Packages must be weighed at the post office to determine the weight, and you also need to fill out a Customs Declaration (at the post office). The rate will very according to how fast you need to get it there.
Cards can be mailed anywhere there is a mail collection box if they have the correct postage. But packages MUST be taken to the post office.
You can get some idea of the costs by going to the Rate Calculator at http://www.usps.com - but you still have to make the trip to the post office for anything other than a card or letter.

You will have to go to or call the postoffice for rates. It isn't cheap to get a package threw customs and can take several months for it to clear.

If you go down to your post office they should be able to tell you. However, it will cost an awful lot, so be prepared for a high charge.
