First find the unemployment office in your area and find out if you can collect money. This way when you are fired you do not starve to death. I think if you cannot get along with your employer you need to search for another job.

IF she flies very much try this...make a cardboard cutout of a gun, like a .45 auto, and wrap it in aluminum foil and slip it in her briefcase just before she leaves for a flight. That'll give her LOADS of fun!
