I guess that's what makes the world go around, because I am an early morning person.Right now it is 7am and I have already been up since 5am.By the evening at let's say dinner I have already been up 12 or 13 hours and then by 9pm,I am sleepy and usually sleep by 10pm.Some people in my family are just the opposite, they can sleep all day and roam around all night.I can't really sleep in the day ,once the sun appears,my mind will not let me sleep.I live in Florida and the sun is always shining here, thus the sunshine state.I often wonder what I would do if I lived in ALaska where the days are days for 6months at a time, would my body clock keep me up during this time and what about the next 6 months of darkness ?Too much to think about since I am here.

It may have something to do with the time that you are born. I was born at 9:30 in the morning and i am an early riser. My brother was born at 11:30 at night and he is a night owl.
