I am about to stitch a men's blazer and i asked the tailor not to stitch a top pocket. Is this acceptable? Do they even make blazers like that ? This is gonna be a casual blazer. If you know if any weblinks please post them.

Yes to all of your questions. I have seen blazers without the breast pocket, and it's acceptable in a casual jacket.
The no pocket style is usually found in young men's fashion and sportcoats more than a blazer. But a lot of what you see now is a welt pocket anyway, so you aren't skipping anything important. Besides, if it's what you like and want, then it doesn't matter what the rest of the world thinks.
