Per the description of what you are looking for. Take a look at Excel Saga. You will piss yourself watching this series. It is just so outthere. Off the wall hilarious, with a odd style of romance. It is a complete Parody of anime's in general, and Koshi Rikdo the creator is a genius, along with the director who stars in the show as Nabeshin, his alter ego. I would say to purchase the series on DVD as I have done this myself. But you can also catch it on youtube.com, Enjoy.

For comedy, romance, and a little bit of everything, try Fruits Basket. It's definitely worth watching more than once. It made me laugh til I cried, and then it made me cry like a baby. It's also supernatural, violent, and very dramatic. FB is one of my top 10 to be sure! ^_^

The anime that i watch everytime that i catch it would be Cowboy Bebop. Id watch that a million times if i could. You may have seen it. But to me, its my all time fave.
